North Hatley #3

Celebrated GG's 2nd Bday today.
A trip to the zoo and some other festivities!
(Oh and Ben saw a "Chickmunk" in the tree outside)

GG likes cake

Familiar scene at Kira's parents beach

That is focus!

North Hatley #1

So far it has not dipped below 33 degrees during the day and the humidity makes it feel well above 40! Needless to say we have spent a great deal of time at the beach.
Just what the Dr. ordered.

Ben's swimming lessons (focused on the start!)

Throwing rocks at Elbow Falls

"Where did that squirrel go?"

Champs!

"Gradulations" as Ben called it.

Headed up to the man of vision this weekend for a "hike".
Good times.

Ben LOVES these goggles! He'll regret that.

AAWWWW!

Summit shot.

This killed a lot of time.

Cold Long Weekend

This weekend was shaping up to be a bit of a downer as far as weather goes. So we decided to head where the perpetual sun always shines. West Edmonton Mall. Here is the evidence.

SWEEET!

Love the look on Kira's face. Very happy Mom.

She would not let go of this.

classic WEM shot

Nice shot, take special notice of Ben's 1.99$ McDonalds toy in GG's hand...

Seconds later..

The result.

Ben was a bit excited about the waterpark.

This is what you do when you are too short for the slides.

This is what you do when you're not.

A great couple of days.

Soccer!

Ben has taken pretty well to the sport so far. Half of his goals are in the wrong net and he seems to wander off at various times, but all in all he loves the days we get to play. (Having Dad as coach is not cramping his style so far, not sure how long that will last.)

GG is as always... pumped!
