Quebec Vacation!

I just got word this week that I was awarded a full support sabbatical for next year. That means the school board is going to pay me my salary while I go to school! Great deal. Since Kira will be off also, we are heading to Quebec in July for a year. I'll be doing my masters in Educational Leadership at Bishop's University in Lennoxville and Kira will be doing her Masters at Diaper University in North Hatley.

The Zoo

We woke up this morning with nothing to do so we decided to swing by the zoo. Turned out not to be a nice day which was perfect because we got front row seats for everything. Ben liked the Giraffe the best!

Jackie came to visit for the week off and we had a nice visit. Even managed to get out to the mountains for a day on the trails! Ben loved it as you can see!

March Madness!

The past few weeks have been a blur of basketball. We've managed to become the 10th ranked 3A team in the province, no small feat. Unfortunately we are also the 7th ranked team in our zone, which is ridiculously strong. Oh well, looking forward to the next 3 weeks of March Madness! Those of you looking for Ben Photo's, maybe I'll see him next week!
